Competition Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This prize draw is run by Gilded Pages Ltd.
2. Eligibility
Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
One entry per person.
3. How to Enter
Simply complete the online survey and enter a valid email address.
By submitting an entry, you agree to be added to our mailing list for updates, news, and marketing from Gilded Pages.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Competition Period
The prize draw opens at 00:01 on 24th April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 23rd June 2025.
Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
5. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
An exclusive edition book, and
A guaranteed subscription spot when our service officially launches.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.
We’ll contact the winner via the email provided during entry. If we don’t hear back within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
We may announce the winner's first name and general location (e.g., "Sam from Manchester") on our social media or newsletter—please let us know if you’d prefer to remain anonymous.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
We’ll use your data only to administer this competition and to send marketing communications, unless you opt out.
Your information will be stored securely and in accordance with UK data protection laws.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

8. General
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
These terms and this competition are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts
