Gilded Pages offers two different products - A book subscription service that brings you exclusive edition books curated from indie and traditionally published books. fantasy, sci-fi genres and stories that break your heart before putting you back together again. Gilded Pages also brings stories to life by hosting a range of bookish themed events, so guests can immerse themselves in a fantastical world bought to life, whether it be a one night seasonal ball to an unforgettable short get away.

Payments are taken four times a year on the month that the book is due to be delivered. You will be notified prior to payment being taken. If your payment fails, you will be notified and asked to update your payment details in order to receive that month's book. You will have 48 hours to update the payment methods after notification has been sent. If payment details are not offered during this time, your subscription will be cancelled.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Apple Pay and PayPal. Please be assured that security is important to us and we shall ensure your payment details remain secure.

Please log in to your account and go to the 'My Account' page. From there you will find the option to update your personal details including address and a tab for "Wallet" where you can update your payment methods and details.

Where the book has been damaged and if it meets the damage criteria linked right at the bottom of this page we will offer to replace the book (or refund in the event that replacement is not possible). You have 7 days from date of delivery to inform us of the damages by emailing us at enquiries@gildedpages.co.uk In order to qualify for a replacement the damage needs to be in accordance to our terms and conditions and you will need to provide photographic proof of damages.

Because we’re a quarterly book with limited print runs, we don’t offer skip options at this time but will be looking into for the future. The best way to stay in the loop is to keep an eye on our clues and genre updates — you might find yourself tempted anyway!

Due to the limited nature of our editions, returns can be tricky — but we want you to be happy. Please check the footer of our website for our full Returns/Damage Criteria and get in touch if you need help.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, however any books already purchased will continue to be delivered. You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and going to the subscription management page. Alternatively please email enquiries@gildedpages.co.uk and we can support with this. Gilded pages exclusive edition books and events are for men and women aged 18+. The book subscription is only available to UK delivery addresses at the moment but we are hoping to offer international delivery in the future. Our bookish events are open to customers from around the globe.

You can sign up by clicking "Book Subscription" at the top of this page and following the steps on screen. If our current subscription places are full then there will be a button on-screen where you can sign up to the waitlist and you will be notified when a subscription spot becomes available.

We are planning to offer three quarterly subscriptions in three different genres. You will be able to pick and choose which of the three you want to subscribe to and make a bundle. If you end up opting for all three it will become a monthly subscription! There is a schedule of what genres are offered in each month on the product page!

Gilded Pages sells exclusive edition royal size hardback books.

Books are produced four times each year. Payment for the book is taken on the 1st of the month is it due to be delivered. For example, if your book is to be delivered in October, we will take payment on 1st October and you can expect delivery between the middle and end of the month.

At the moment, we only ship our book subscription within the UK — but we’re hoping to expand to other countries in the near future. Keep following us on social media and sign up to our mailing list for updates! (Events are open to anyone from around the globe though)

Once you sign up for our waitlist, you’ll be added to the queue for our next available subscription spots. We’ll notify people in order of sign-up, so the sooner you join, the sooner you’ll get the chance to subscribe! You'll receive an email when it’s your turn, and you’ll have a set window of time to confirm your spot before it passes to the next person in line.

We totally get wanting to share the magic! While the waitlist spots are non-transferable for now (to help us keep things fair and orderly), you’re welcome to encourage your friend to join the waitlist themselves. Once you’ve secured your own subscription, you can absolutely gift them a future book instead!
