Damage Criteria

We check the quality of our books before being shipped, however, we recognise that issues can occur or items are occasionally damaged in transit. On these occasions we will offer a replacement (or refund if a replacement isn't possible) in accordance with the terms below:

Rips or tears larger than 2mm to the dust jackets or pages.
Visible scratches to the dust jacket, fore edge, or hardback that is longer than 3cm in length.
Crushed or dented corners larger than 1cm in size.
If there has been water damage that occurred in transit we shall replace this, however, we require photo proof. of the water damaged packaging.
Mis-folded dust jackets that have caused the spine to become misaligned by 1cm or more.

The following does not qualify for a replacement:

Small scuff or scratches to the dust jacket, hardcover and sprayed for edge that is under 3cm in length
Fading of sprayed edges
Wavy Pages/wavy sprayed fore edge
Slightly loose dust jackets
Small imperfections to foiling
Sprayed edge bleeding onto less than 8 pages
